Hi everyone! Welcome back to class. This is a survey I created to get to know you better. Click here to take survey! Please respond.

You can create your own survey by going to Survey Monkey. You are limited to 100 responses per survey. Consider this when delivering your finished product to your class. The trickiest part is in saving the completed survey. Click on Collect; copy and paste a link to send to your students email or place on a word document for their retrieval.
