TITLE IX OF THE EDUCATIONAL-
AMENDMENTS OF 1972: (Federal)

No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving Federal financing assistance.

Students will also receive training for leadership roles as they work collaboratively with their peers, educators and parents in monitoring, evaluating and changing school policy and curriculum in keeping with the provisions of Chapter 622 and Title IX.
