Registration for Fall 2008 8/4 to 9/5* 9/8to 9/9 from 6:30-8:30 p.m.
*No Mail-In is accepted after this date.   Students must register in person. Follow registration procedures 1, 2 and 3.

Registration Procedures

1.  Fill in Registration Form completely, please print.
2.  Your selection must include course name, course number, and section (which evening).
3.  Payment is required in full at the time of registration by check, MasterCard, or Visa.
4.  Mail Registration Form and payment to:

          Adult Education Division

          Middleton, MA  01949
